This is the Valiance-class Starship/Heavy Destroyer. Data and specs are classified.

Currently under development at Barnard's Star Shipyards, the Valiance is designed to replace the aging Vigilance-class starships in the role of destroyers. Larger and more advanced, many of the design elements stem from the Unification-class flagships to reduce costs in areas. While it is not the first starship to feature a quad-drive system using Sub-Transwarp Drive, it is the first to utilize a more advanced deflector dish. While the enhancements may seem subtle, the new deflector dish allows the ships to utilize Slipstream Drive though only for 10 minutes before hull integrity starts to become an issue. This ship will eventually become a candidate for a full Slipstream system once the Federation Senate approves after further testing of the Ambiance-class is complete.
